Foundation pit air membrane

1,The air-supported foundation pit air membrane technology introduced in the second phase project of the Eye Hospital in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, covers an area of approximately 4,200 square meters of the foundation pit. The unfolded area of the membrane is about 8,400 square meters, and the maximum net height of the space inside the membrane is approximately 25 meters. This is the first application of this technology in the South China region.

2,The project is carried out within the air film, which can effectively isolate the dust and noise generated by the construction operations within the foundation pit. Through on-site testing, during the normal construction of the second phase project of Shenzhen Eye Hospital, the noise outside the film met the requirements of 70 decibels set by the current standards for the boundary of the site, minimizing the impact of the construction process on the surrounding residents. With the addition of the air film, the project construction can also reduce the influence of external weather conditions, which is conducive to the quality control of construction processes such as concrete pouring, and the working time is also more guaranteed.
